Lewis is a commercial property lawyer and has extensive experience in advising a broad range of clients including landlords, tenants, developers, investors and banks. His experience extends to acting in a wide variety of transactions including commercial lettings, investment acquisitions, site set up and disposals, asset management, residential property development and security transactions. 

Lewis studied at Aberdeen University and was brought up working in the property and legal sectors. Before co-founding Q & A Law Practice, Lewis trained and qualified at a reputable Aberdeenshire legal practice before spending four years at a prestigious international law firm.

Mike is a commercial property and employment lawyer by trade. 

Mike’s property work spans the full range of legal services including retail, office and commercial developments.   Mike has considerable experience in advising funders, developers and investors (both UK and overseas) and acts for a diverse range of clients including property development companies, pension and investment funds, investors and construction companies.  

In the field of employment, Mike has considerable experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment work, providing ongoing support and advice to employers and employees.

Mike was educated at Aberdeen University and has spent his entire career in Aberdeen. Prior to setting up Q & A Law Practice, Mike spent 22 years as the Managing Partner in a boutique Aberdeen-based legal practice before spending four years as Head of the Aberdeen Office of  a prestigious international law firm.
